Master glass artist Paul Stankard shares how he makes his intricately detailed paperweights. He is inspired by the South Jersey landscape where he grew up, and where he still lives and works. His creations are in the collections of the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Louvre, yet he barely graduated high school before entering a technical program to learn scientific glassmaking.
