The legendary organist and teacher Alexander McCurdy (1905-1983) is profiled by his grandson Eric Schultz on what would have been his 100th birthday in 2005. His students Joan Lippincott, John Weaver, Michael Stairs, John Binsfeld and James Litton lovingly recall their teacher who could be incredibly demanding and yet was almost always revered.
