Description

In a new production of “A Midsummer Night’s Dream,” trash becomes treasure. Costumes and sets are made of old keys, straws, plastic membership and transit cards, wine corks, and CDs – all evoking a magical world. Director and designer Bonnie Monte – a self-proclaimed collector and recycler – describes her vision of the play, and how it is rooted in Shakespeare’s language. Performances continue through July 30 at the Outdoor Stage in Morris Township.

Produced by Susan Wallner, narrated by Dan Gordon, videography by Joe Conlon.
