Description

In celebration of Halloween back in 2007, conductor David Wroe and the Westfield Symphony performed a live soundtrack of their own design during a screening of the 1931 horror film Frankenstein, starring Boris Karloff. The original movie was a very early “talkie,” and did not have its own musical soundtrack. So, Wore created his own using all sorts of appropriate classical music.

Note: In 2013, the Westfield Symphony changed its name to the New Jersey Festival Orchestra, NJFO.
